UPDATE Updates applied w/c 15 Nov have prevented further interruptions of service while we await route-cause analysis from Microsoft, ahead of formal closure of the issue. Ready Education will continue to monitor the status of the V2 platform, and take further action in the event the issue recurs.
» UpdatedUPDATE The software fix applied by our team last week has shown to minimise recurring incidents of this nature to very few numbers, and continues to offer a robust short-term solution. Meanwhile, our dev team continue to communicate with Microsoft over this incident to find the long-term resolution.
» UpdatedWe are continuing to investigate the issue, and have a series of planned updates scheduled which we hope will resolve the intermittent availability currently impacting myday V2. The first update was rolled out last night (Tue 9 Nov) with further updates planned for the evening of Wed 10 Nov should the issue persist.

» UpdatedWe are currently investigating an issue which prevents myday legacy from loading. At the moment, myday will load intermittently for users . Rest assured, we are working on this as highest priority at the moment. We believe there is an issue on the Microsoft side of things, a ticket has been submitted to Microsoft support. A further update will be provided as soon as we can.
