Issues logging into myday

  • Resolved

    Writes have now been re-enabled to myday, so you should now be able to update dashboards, banners etc. We are examining health across all myday services and are moving into the post-incident analysis phase. A service incident report will be produced and made available to customers upon request. Please contact our support department to request a copy. We apologise for all the disruption caused by this incident.

  • Update

    A cluster outage affecting the dashboard and login platform for myday legacy was largely resolved by 14.30-3pm yesterday however we have had to put myday into a read-only state while we make urgently needed configuration changes. We will update you as soon as possible and expect to have this resolved in the next few hours.

  • Investigating

    We have identified an issue preventing access to myday.

    This is started at 5:00 am 19th April and we are currently trying to have the service restored as soon as possible.

    We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and we do appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.
