  Performance on dashboard should now have returned to normal, further work will be ongoing to prevent this happening in the future. We are now seeing response times in the expected range.

• Update

  We have begun applying a mitigation and we can see performance has improved it should be performing close to normal in the next 15-20 minutes. Further work is ongoing and there will be another update before 11:00AM.

• Investigating

  The performance of dashboards is currently impaired, we are investigating the issue and currently working on a mitigation. There will be a further update by 10:00AM BST.
