  • Scheduled

As part of ongoing investments to guarantee performance and reliability of myday services, we will be migrating applications and data to a new hosting environment. From 15:00 UTC for up to 4 hours dashboard, theming, bookmarks and banners will enter a read-only state.

During this time administrators will not be able to change dashboard layouts or add banners and will be notified via a maintenance message that displays in the dashboard. Regular users will not be affected, and will not see a maintenance message, but the personalisation feature will disappear from their dashboard during this time. Additionally, administrators and end users will not be able to create bookmarks in the My Bookmarks app during this window.

Access to other myday functionality will be unaffected and users will be able to access all content and data modifications will continue in other services such as CMS, Newsroom and user identity and personal data synchronisation will continue.
