    UPDATE This has now been resolved. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

    We are aware of intermittent issues on the myday identity platform which is manifesting in some requests being slower than usual and some requests failing. This is affecting a small number of users. Measures have already been taken and the close monitoring of the platform continues. Further updates will be provided as necessary. For now, we encourage customers to contact support if they experience this issue.
