We're pleased to inform customers a solution which was deployed last week has continued to show the platform returning to expected levels of performance and met our requirements to resolve this service incident. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the time of the incident. » UpdatedOur engineering team have deployed a number of remedies on the myday platform. Since the deployment we have seen services returning to expected levels of performance. We are continuously monitoring the resolution while the high usage spike declines gradually. We'll keep this notice live until further information is gathered.
