We have identified the root cause relates to an issue with Azure Kubernetes Service issue documented at https://github.com/Azure/AKS/issues/1376#issuecomment-586091289
Our infrastructure team has since implemented a workaround to prevent recurrences of this issue. We are awaiting a permanent fix from Microsoft to be deployed.

This occurred at 09:53am and lasted 15 minutes and 10:45am and lasted 10 minutes. While we are confident we have now resolved this issue, we will be investigating the root cause of this issue and supply an incident report as soon as we have completed the investigations.
