On the 8th of September our myday facebook app registration was revoked after an app review, to which we were given a few days notice, due to changes to facebook developer policies. We have submitted an appeal as we believe our app to be a valid use-case but unfortunately we were unsuccessful. We will now have to examine our architecture and how we can re-develop this integration. Resolution of this issue will therefore take some time. Until further notice the Facebook tile in myday will not work, which is unfortunately beyond our control. If you are affected by this issue and require more information as it becomes available please raise a ticket with our support department. The status page will be updated when a new working version of this integration is deployed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
» UpdatedWe have recently become aware of a Facebook scope change and how the social channel now integrates with platforms such as myday. This change has affected the way the Facebook feed is displayed within the myday platform and users may notice an error message being displayed with their social feed no longer working. We have contacted Facebook and are working with them to reset the integration. Further updates will be provided as necessary as conversations progress and we work on the resolution.
