    We are pleased to report that we can see continued improvements, particularly with Azure AD Sync. Engineering will maintain proactive monitoring throughout the back-to-school season to ensure stability and address any further SCIM issues that may arise.

    Engineering deployed a change late yesterday, resulting in a significant improvement in SCIM response times. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to make further updates as we address the identified bottlenecks in the system.

  • Investigating

    We are seeing intermittent issues affecting our SCIM services. Engineering has already been working on trying to mitigate the issue by trying alternative recommended solutions by our cloud provider. Areas in which admins will experience intermittent issues are the following:

    -Azure AD Sync - Provisioning Quarantine and intermittent failed user/group provisioning during the quarantine window

    -Intermittent SSO connection with generic connector

    -User management - Users/groups list not loading first time

    -Loading user audience within landing page rules or in dashboard setting.
