Following our investigation, we have identified problematic services contributing to the banner app's degraded performance. After terminating these unhealthy services, we observed a significant improvement in performance upon restarting the banner services. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our systems, we are commencing a thorough internal investigation to identify the root cause of the issue.
