    As part of ongoing investments to guarantee performance and reliability of myday services, we are carrying out routine maintenance to our hosting infrastructure and our main Dashboard service. Maintenance window is commencing 09:00 UTC on Thursday 26th of August and completing no later that 09:00 UTC on Friday 27th August.

    During this time several parts of the platform including dashboards, theming, banners, domain management and My Bookmarks app will enter a read-only state. In short, your users will still be able to access their information through myday, although the personalisation feature will disappear from their dashboard and administrators will not be able to edit any settings or layouts.

    Access to other myday functionality will be unaffected and users will be able to access all content and data modifications will continue in other services such as CMS and Newsroom. User identity and personal data synchronisation will continue.

    Read-only mode will be in place for the maximum duration of the maintenance period. We do not expect any downtime, however services are at an increased risk during this period. Users may encounter short transient errors during this time.
