Despite extensive logging, we have not yet pinpointed the root cause. We are examining Azure sessions, as we notice differences across customers, and we are also reaching out to our third-party providers for assistance.     We are aware of an Intermittent issue affecting users where they currently may not able to sign into myday using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Our engineers are investigating this issue and we will provide an update as soon as it is available
