Services have now been restored and are operating normally.
If any users are still unable to access Mail, Calendar or Tasks, they should disconnect and re-authorise their services. Guidance for this process is available in the myday Help Centre under “Locating and Disconnecting Services”, and is intended for administrators to support local user guidance.
If issues persist after following this guidance, please contact Support to raise a ticket.
» UpdatedEngineers have updated the service and we are seeing access returning. We are currently monitoring to ensure the update has taken effect.
