We have received some reports of users not being able to load myday in certain browsers.
This has been narrowed down to an issue with tenancies who are currently using Jisc as a certificate authority.
Jisc are aware of the issue.
If you have had your certificates generated by Jisc, please do contact them in order to see if your certificates have been affected.
In the case that you do have this issue, contact our support team by subimtting a ticket (support.myday.cloud).
