Update *UPDATE* Updates applied w/c 15 Nov have prevented further interruptions of service while we await route-cause analysis from Microsoft, ahead of formal closure of the issue. Ready Education will continue to monitor the status of the V2 platform, and take further action in the event the issue recurs.
