The hotfix has been stable in resolving the matter. All monitoring is showing healthy stream with live messages reaching intended recipients without duplication.

Update
All systems continue to operate correctly since the incident on 13/01/2023. Root cause was with the Identity Service. Once the service was addressed, the myday platform became available for all users. Since the incident, measures have been taken to ensure the fault cannot manifest itself again.
